Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Sr. Project Scheduler supporting the NC3 Contract, specifically within the NCW Division.

 

In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

 

This full-time position is located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA

 

 

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

• Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO

• Provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.)

• Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes

• Collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success

• Support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess ability to achieve results

• Communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management

• Take corrective actions as necessary to achieve results

• Have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Office Project

 

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen 
Clearance: Top Secret
Education/Years of Experience: 10 years of relative experience with MA/MS degree, OR BA/BS degree with 12 years of relative experience.
