Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Cost/Control Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Analyst will assume financial controllership over a portfolio of projects, providing cradle-to-grave project cost control, monthly reporting, and analysis to both external customers and internal stakeholders. The Program Cost/Control Analyst will be hands-on with several projects of variying types of complexity. This role provides abundant opporutnities to learn project control nuances and to acquire new skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Years of Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or project control
Additional Experience:
Proficient in AP and AR
Demonstrated ability to perform competing tasks in a deadline-driven environment on time and accurately
Skilled in reading contract requirements and applying the requirements to projects
Detailed-oriented and observant
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 2-5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or project control wihtin DoD or federal contract environment
